Reason for the four star review is when I opened my package my lip balms wasn't wrapped. What if one had a leak. Other than that I'm happy with my products. I love supporting small Australians business.

Product Great, Packaging Not So Great

The actual product inside the packaging is great! Smells amazing & is so nice on the lip. But the packaging is sub par at best. About 3 days into using it, the bottom exploded open (2 more that I got also did too). Emailed the team & never heard back. Pretty disappointing experience given the actual product was great.
