Is everything really on sale?

Yes, it's sitewide, up to 60% off. Perfume is from $15, 10ml perfume is $12, body care is from $7.50, and full size shampoo and conditioner are $12. Grab any 6 body products for $75, or any 10 perfume and body products for $124. Stock is limited, so once something sells out, it's gone.

Why are you clearing everything?

We're clearing the decks to bring in something new. We can't say what yet, but VIPs will be the first to know.

Can I use a code on top?

No. Black Friday prices are already marked down, so other codes can't be added on top.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping starts at $9.95 and express is $25. We ship within Australia only.

When will my order arrive?

We dispatch within 2 business days. Black Friday is our busiest week of the year, so if it's a gift, order early.

Can I return sale items?

Our perfume and body care are personal care products, so we can't take change of mind returns. If anything arrives broken, leaking or wrong, email hello@hideaway.online with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace or refund it. This doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Are these the designer perfumes?

No. Our scents are inspired by the designers and made on the Gold Coast, for a fraction of the price. Not sure about a scent? Try the 10ml first.
