Shipping policy

What shipping costs

Standard shipping within Australia is priced on the weight of your parcel. Under 1kg is $9.95. Over 1kg is $14.95. Express shipping is $25.00.

Free shipping over $150

Orders with a subtotal of $150 or more receive free standard shipping. It is applied automatically at checkout and no code is required. Express shipping is charged separately.

Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, and a second email containing your tracking number once your parcel leaves us. If your shipping confirmation has not arrived and you believe it should have, email hello@hideaway.online with your order number.

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection is added to your cart by default for $3.50. It is optional and can be switched off in the cart before checkout. Where purchased, parcels lost, stolen or damaged in transit are replaced or refunded in accordance with the Delivery Protection Terms of Service.

Delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. Once a parcel is with the carrier we are unable to redirect it. Where a parcel is returned to us because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect, the cost of re-sending it is payable by the customer.

Delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery timeframes after dispatch are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or by events outside our control. Once we transfer a parcel to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Split deliveries

Depending on stock, an order may arrive in more than one parcel. If part of your order has arrived and you have not been notified of a split delivery, email hello@hideaway.online with your order number.
