What shipping costs

Standard shipping within Australia is priced on the weight of your parcel.

Free shipping over $150

Spend $150 or more and standard shipping is free. It applies automatically at checkout, so there is no code to remember. Express shipping is charged separately.

Tracking your order

You will get an order confirmation email the moment you check out. When your parcel leaves us you will get a second email with your tracking number in it. Pop that number into the carrier's site to follow it to your door.

If your shipping confirmation has not turned up and you think it should have, email us at orders@hideaway.online with your order number and we will chase it.

Shipping Protection

At checkout you can add Shipping Protection for $3.50. If your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we replace it or refund it, no arguing about who dropped it. It is optional and you can switch it off in the cart.

Getting your address right

Once a parcel is with the carrier we cannot redirect it, so please double check your address before you pay. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, you are up for the cost of sending it out again.

Split deliveries

Sometimes an order arrives in more than one parcel. That is us working around stock, not a missing item. If only part of your order turns up and you have not heard from us, email orders@hideaway.online.
