COVID-19

Due to unprecedented circumstances surrounding the global COVID-19 pandemic, postal services and supply chains are backlogged across most of the world. Please be aware this may affect shipping and handling times and delay customer service enquiries. Please note that we are taking the health, wellbeing and safety of our staff and customers very seriously during these times. As such, we appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate this period. Expect a delay of up to 10 additional business days domestically, or up to 1 month internationally. At this time we ask for your patience, as orders and products might be delayed due to matters outside of our control. Please refer to our couriers list on what delays to expect, and whether or not we can still deliver to your country during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch your order within 5 business days but we may need up to 10 business days in times of high volume orders or during sale periods. You will first receive an Order Confirmation email when you successfully order a product. You will then receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order is ready to dispatch (after up to 15 days as listed above). After the order has been dispatched, you can expect the delivery time frames listed below.

Aramex: Please allow up to 10 business days* to receive your order once receiving your Shipping Confirmation email.
Australia Post Express Post: Please allow up to 4 business days* to receive your order after receiving your Shipping Confirmation email.
Australia Post Standard Post: Please allow up to 10 business days* to receive your order after receiving your Shipping Confirmation email.

*Delivery times may vary as Australia Post and Aramex can experience delays from time to time which are beyond our control. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we ask for your patience as we work through much slower than usual delivery times.

*Please note, we do not recommend selecting Aramex if you live in a regional area. Select Australia Post if delivering to the following: PO, parcel locker or parcel collect.

Overseas
International Standard: Please allow up to 15 business days* to receive your order after receiving your Shipping Confirmation email.
International Express: Please allow 4-7 business days* to receive your order after receiving your Shipping Confirmation email.

    Tracking Numbers

    Once dispatched you will receive a Shipping Confirmation which will include your Tracking ID. Place the ID into either the Australia Post Website https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search or Aramex https://www.aramex.com.au/ to be kept in the loop with all your parcels updates. 

    *International hunnies!! Once your parcel has arrived into your country, pop the Tracking ID into your local courier service to obtain more info.

    Processing Time

    Please note that Australia Post offer EXPRESS postage which means that the transit time of your order (once dispatched) is faster. Choosing EXPRESS postage does not mean your order will be dispatched faster - rather it means your order will be shipped to you via Australia Post's EXPRESS network once dispatched. Please also allow for weekends when the Post Office is closed.

    Responsibility

    Once the goods have been accepted for delivery by the postal contractor we cannot be responsible for the delivery. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete & accurate. We cannot take any responsibility for incorrect entry of address details. The customer is liable for any additional shipping cost incurred by us due to incorrect address details provided.

    Split Delivery

    Unfortunately we do not offer Split Delivery of your order. However, at times we may be required to send orders in split shipments depending on stock restrictions.

    Made to Order

    During periods of high volumes, there might be additional wait times as some of our products will be made to order. 

    Free Shipping

    Australia: Free Standard Shipping for orders over $100 AUD. 

    Not Available during Sale Periods 
    We reserve the right to change/remove our Free Shipping policy at any time. Free shipping codes are not eligible for EXPRESS shipping.
