We aim to dispatch your order within 3 business days but we may need up to 7 - 10 business days in times of high volumes. You will first receive an order confirmation email when you successfully order a product. You will then receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to dispatch (after up to 10 days as listed above). After the order has been dispatched, you can expect the delivery time frames listed below.

Once dispatched you will receive a Shipping Confirmation which will include your Tracking ID. Place the ID into the Australia Post Website https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search to be kept in the loop with all your parcels updates.

Please note that Australia Post offer EXPRESS postage which means that the transit time of your order (once dispatched) is faster. Choosing EXPRESS postage does not mean your order will be dispatched faster - rather it means your order will be shipped to you via Australia Post's EXPRESS network once dispatched. Please also allow for weekends when the Post Office is closed.
Once the goods have been accepted for delivery by the postal contractor we cannot be responsible for the delivery. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete & accurate. We cannot take any responsibility for incorrect entry of address details. The customer is liable for any additional shipping cost incurred by us due to incorrect address details provided.
Unfortunately we do not offer Split Delivery of your order. However, at times we may be required to send orders in split shipments depending on stock restrictions.
