How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 3–5 business days from the Gold Coast, Australia. Delivery typically takes 6–12 business days after dispatch depending on your country, and every box is tracked door-to-door — your tracking number lands in your inbox the moment it ships.
What if my products arrive soft or melted?
Our formulas are made with real coconut oil, which softens above 24°C. If your box has had a warm ride, 10 minutes in the fridge brings everything back perfectly — quality and scent are unaffected.
What if my order arrives damaged or goes missing?
Get in touch within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right — pinkie promise. 💕
Can I really mix fragrances in one box?
Yes! Pick a Scent Story to set everything in one tap, then use the pink Fragrance button on any item to swap just that one — and pick your Lip Balm flavour while you're at it. Any combination ships for the same price.
Can I return my box?
Because everything in the box is a personal care product, we can't accept change-of-mind returns — so take your time choosing scents (the little info buttons are there to help). If anything arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we'll sort a replacement or refund, including the return postage.
