- Loss: Claim the full value of your purchase if your domestic package isn’t delivered within 30 days of fulfillment (60 days for international packages).
- Arrival delay: Claim $5 if your domestic package isn’t delivered within 10 days (30 days for international packages).
- Damage: Claim up to the full value of your purchase if your package is damaged in transit.
- Theft (Porch piracy): Claim the full value of your purchase if your package is stolen within 7 days of the carrier’s “delivered” update.
Hideaway Delivery also includes carbon offsets for emissions in the recipient’s destination country.
