When does the EOFY Vault close?
11:59pm AEST on Tuesday 30 June. Once it shuts, prices return to full retail. We don't extend.
Do I need a discount code?
No. Every Vault product is automatically discounted at checkout — just add to cart and the new price applies.
Can I stack with other discount codes?
Vault prices are already our deepest of the year, so they can't be combined with other promo codes. Free shipping over $80 still applies.
What happens if my Vault item sells out?
Many Vault items are limited final runs. Once they're gone, we won't restock at this price — and some won't return at all. Move quickly on the hero items.
Are returns accepted on Vault items?
Vault items are final sale — no exchanges or returns unless faulty. Our standard satisfaction guarantee still applies if anything arrives damaged.
When will my order ship?
All Vault orders ship within 2 business days from our Gold Coast warehouse. Tracking sent on dispatch.
