A message to our fans 💗


First, we want to say a massive THANK YOU. From our hideAWAY family to all of our loyal customers, we appreciate you for being part of our journey since the beginning. 

Without your support and excitement for each new product or fragrance, we wouldn’t be where we are today, or be able to continue growing and bringing you new exciting things. We appreciate each and every single one of you - so once again, thank you!

You may have noticed over the past few months that there have been some changes here and there. Website updates, price tweaks, lots of NEW products and various improvements throughout hideAWAY!

We haven’t been perfect, and as a family business we learn as we go and appreciate your understanding through it all. We want you to all know - we hear you and value your feedback, always.

As a team, we are doing our very best to continue providing incredible products at the best price we can, and providing the best service & experience to you all, as that is our number one priority.

We have had to make tough decisions to ensure we can continue to maintain hideAWAY as a business during these difficult times. One of these decisions was to raise our prices.

Unfortunately due to a combination of the COVID-19 Pandemic and stock restrictions from our packaging and raw material suppliers, we have had to make a slight price increase on most of our products. The cost and accessibility of raw ingredients has been affected in particular.

Without these tough changes we would not be able to cover the expenses that allow us to use ethically sourced, premium quality ingredients, and to keep our hideAWAY family all in work, which once again, through this time is always a top priority for us. 

We agree that there could have been better communication around this and the timing of the price increase. We 100% regret not communicating clearly and early, therefore upsetting some of our loyal fans. 

Thank you so much for understanding the difficulty of our decision & for your loyalty - we honestly have the most incredible customers! We're also glad that so many of you were able to grab some awesome deals during the Click Frenzy Sale and found the opportunity to restock on your favorite products.

All of your feedback is appreciated and has been taken into account to make sure we grow as a team and business. Making sure our customers enjoy not only our products, but their whole experience within hideAWAY, is extremely important to us. It's a key part of our journey as we adjust our business to ensure we can continue to provide the same amazing products that you love (as well as some exciting new ones!).
