What is a shower steamer?
Wrapped neatly into a delicious-smelling parcel, all you need to enjoy a shower steamer is to place one (or a few, if you're feeling fancy) on the floor of your shower away from the direct stream of water and turn on the water to your preferred temperature (warmer is better). The shower will soon release the scented essential oils into the air. All you need to do is breathe deeply and enjoy!

Sleep Aid (white)

How to use our Shower Steamers
Place one steamer near you in the shower and away from the drain, allowing indirect spray from the shower head to activate. Direct flow of water or it will dissolve quicker than required.
To open sinuses and get relief from congestion without the shower, simply place the steamer in a bowl of hot water and carefully breathe in the steam.
These steamers are not for bath use.
Please note that shower steamers are not recommended for pregnant women or for children under two.
